event Details
Photographer, lecturer and award-winning publisher Simon Devitt returns with an exciting two-day workshop (two consecutive Sundays) dedicated to developing your visual language. Expand your skillset through curated practical exercises and gain an advanced understanding of photography as a storytelling medium.
This workshop is suitable for those who have completed one of Simon’s previous workshops or feel advanced enough to join. His past workshops have been enjoyed by photography hobbyists and semi-professionals in the past, who hailed how Simon ‘rattled our camera cages and challenged us to try new tricks’. Bring a device with a camera, 3-5 prints of images that you’ve taken yourself and we’ll take care of the rest (including refreshments on arrival).
This workshop consists of one session held over two consecutive Sundays: your ticket covers attendance on Sunday 13 June and Sunday 20 June, 11am-3.30pm.
Please note: This workshop has a minimum attendance requirement which, if not met, may cause it to be cancelled. In this case, those who have registered will be fully reimbursed. At Covid Level 2, the programme will go ahead, but with reduced capacity. Those who were later in making their bookings, may not be accommodated within this reduced capacity, and will be refunded. At Level 3, the programme will be cancelled, and refunds made.
