Experience the joy of creativity and art-making in Te Aka Matua | The Creative Learning Centre. A family-friendly space with fun, hands-on activities, Te Aka Matua | The Creative Learning Centre encourages tamariki (children) and whānau (family) to engage with art and develop their own creative voice. Located on the mezzanine level, the space is open daily 10am–5pm and is free to visit.
Te Aka Matua | The Creative Learning Centre has been home to many different interactive projects. Our current project is Artland: An Installation by Do Ho Suh and children.
