Johannes Meyssens

Painter, engraver and publisher. Born in Brussels in 1612 and moved to Antwerp in 1640 where he died in 1670. He published work by Wenceslaus Hollar and prints after portraits of artists, 'Diverse Hommes d'Esprit sublime', in the manner of van Dyck's Iconography.
