Explore Light from Tate: 1700s to Now after hours with Tate Light at Night.
Each Thursday from 1–22 June, the Gallery will stay open until 8pm so you can explore the exhibition after work.
Brighten a gloomy winter evening and make a night of it with a friend, co-worker or date. Once you’re tired out from all that artistic appreciation, refresh at our pop-up bar selling snacks and drinks, browse our Gallery shop, and join our special life drawing class.
After hours entry is exclusively for Light from Tate: 1700s to Now ticket holders. Grab your ticket online or at the Gallery front desk. Gallery Members can pre-book their free ticket(s) online or at the front desk as well.

Curated from the collections of Tate, UK, Light from Tate: 1700s to Now features nearly 100 artworks by celebrated artists across the globe from the 18th century to the present day.
Light from Tate: 1700s to Now tells the story of how light has captivated artists over time and across different media including painting, photography, sculpture, installation, drawing and moving image.
Please note, 90 mins is the recommended viewing time for this exhibition.
