Short film programme
Auckland Art Gallery, in partnership with Alliance Française Auckland, is pleased to offer you free animated short film screenings, for children and adults, over the September school holiday period.
The animated short films are from the international event – La fête du cinéma d'animation (the festival of animated film) and come to us from the partnership between the Institut Français and the large animation festival Festival d'Annecy.
All films are free and feature English subtitles where required. Total runtime 71 mins
Mademoiselle Kiki et les Montparnos / Kiki of Montparnasse
Kiki de Montparnasse was a model for major avant-garde painters of the early 20th century who went on to become a painter, a press cartoonist, a writer and a cabaret singer.
