Celebrate Pride at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki with a day of art, music, performance and self-expression. This festival brings together rainbow artists and communities in a joyful programme honouring creativity, identity and connection.
Programme highlights:
- Buckwheat – Our fabulous hostess will be with us all day to emcee the event!
- Jason Parker – A high-energy pop performance from one of Aotearoa’s rising stars
- GALS (Gay and Lesbian Singers) – Uplifting choral music from this iconic community choir
- Gertrude Stein and a Companion – A theatrical performance exploring Queer love, art collecting and legacy
- Pride Patches: Stitch Your Style! – Craft your identity onto your own clothes or design a shirt using upcycled Gallery uniforms.
Expect surprise pop-ups, music and plenty of colour throughout the day.
