Bios

Cindy has worked extensively with diverse communities in all her projects and future projects to come. Cindy is a choreographer, producer, event coordinator, dance facilitator, researcher and community-arts advocate. After completing a Bachelor in Dance Studies (Honours) from the University of Auckland, she created Jang Huddle, a moving collective that aims to enhance diverse stories through movement and art collaborations. Iron Eyes, performed at the Basement Theatre in 2018, was her first debut production. Cindy is all about supporting the arts community, multidisciplinary art, collaborations and audience participation.

Anu graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Dance. She spent three years working for New Zealand’s longest-running contemporary dance company, Footnote New Zealand Dance. As a member of the company, she has been acknowledged for her dynamic physicality and athleticism as a performer. She is a fearless mover who can dice into the unknown through trusting and listening to the moment. Her movement is grounded, organic, fluid and explosive. She is known for falling into surprising angles and astonishing pathways spontaneously.
