Join us for a bilingual storytime with Kahurangi Apiata. Kahurangi will read some of her favourite stories in te reo Māori and in reo Pākehā (English).

This storytime welcomes kids and whānau as well as new learners of te reo Māori and is organised for Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori. We welcome you to celebrate and learn with us!

I am a māmā to a 42-year-old daughter and kui (grandmother) to my precious mokopuna, who is 2 years old.

My passion is education which started with my own whānau. I am the third eldest of 11 tamariki. My primary mahi is education alongside tamariki 0–6 years and their whānau.

‘Pono ki te kaupapa, puna ko te reo…

We believe in the language, the tikanga and a compassion for others.’

Our moko will prosper through the language.

Sessions:
