New Zealand born, Berlin based artist, Michael Stevenson has established a highly successful international career representing New Zealand at the highest level through several group exhibitions in the 1990s, a solo presentation at the Venice Biennale (2003) the Biennale of Sydney (2003), the Auckland Triennial (2010) the Bethanian Residency, Berlin, and a large-scale solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney (2011).
