event Details

Develop your life-drawing skills in this new series of art classes for adults. Join us for ten Tuesday evenings to immerse yourself in art, develop skills and meet new people. You will draw from live models and enjoy exclusive, behind-the-scenes viewings of a selection of artworks in the Gallery’s collection to learn different artists’ approaches to drawing the human form.

Over the ten-week course, you will develop your own individual style while learning historical approaches to life drawing and the skills we can use in the present day. Key ideas explored are anatomy, proportion, lighting, shading and gestural techniques.

Whether you’re a beginner or a confident creator, join us in the studio to flex your creative skills in a friendly, inspiring environment.
