This recording from the E H McCormick Research Library at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki was made in 1983 and features previous Gallery director Peter Tomory delivering the inaugural Gallery Associates Auburn Lecture, titled Black and White. Then director, Rodney Wilson introduces the lecture series and that night’s speaker.
