Fiona Connor and Michala Paludan asked 20 friends or associates to select a newspaper and read aloud from it at the setting for the artists' Cal Arts MFA Show, 2011, the Farley Building , Los Angeles. They also interpreted the news as they read and these readings were broadcast daily on an FM transmitter. If outside Los Angeles, guests recorded themselves and sent this through to be broadcast. The book consists of raw proofed transcripts of each transmission and is not a limited edition. The copy we have was printed on the occasion of Prospect: New Zealand Art Now, City Gallery, Wellington 26 Nov 2011-12 Feb 2012.
