Harvey Benge (1944-2019) was a New Zealand photographer who worked full time as a camera artist from 1992. In the early 1970s, along with John Turner and others, he helped form Photoforum. While Benge's work is most often seen through limited edition published photobooks he has also exhibited internationally and is represented in major public and private collections. Working from Auckland and Paris, Benge's photography deals with the international urban social landscape.
