Grant Lingard (1961-95) is considered one of our key gay visual artists. He was born in Greymouth and trained at Ilam, Christchurch, graduating in 1985. His work was mixed media, encompassing painting, sculpture and assemblage. In 1989 he relocated to Sydney. This archive consists of photos, slides, letters, notebooks and ephemera.
