Malcolm Ross (1948-2003) was an artist (painter, photographer and sculptor) and art historian. This archive comprises newspaper clippings, correspondence, catalogues, ephemera and handwritten notes on New Zealand sculptors and painters, Maori art and culture, public sculpture and monuments, and Australian art as well as personal photographs, papers and artwork. Much of the research material was gathered during Ross' role as historian for the New Zealand Society of Sculptors and Painters. There are 11 boxes.
