Welcoming visitors over the opening weekend of Toi Tū Toi Ora: Contemporary Māori Art, dancers from Atamira Dance Company will activate aspects of the water pool located at the entrance of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki.

Atamira Dance Company is Aotearoa's leading creator and presenter of Māori contemporary dance theatre, with a 20-year choreographic whakapapa.  This 20-minute, durational movement installation embodies a unique artistic landscape shaped by the cultural identity of our people and their stories. 

Make sure you experience it while you can — performances will be at 1, 2 & 3pm, Sat 5 Dec.
