Come on a field trip to Te Tuhi Studios in the heritage Parnell Station building. Visit the studio of Tira Walsh (Ngāti Wairere, Ngāti Hauā, Tainui) to hear more about the making of the work Urbanize III, 2023 commissioned for Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki, and her wider painting practice.

Following the studio visit we will meet the Melbourne-based artist Jacqueline Stojanović and see her first exhibition in Aotearoa at Chez Derriere, in the Parnell Project Space. Chez Derriere is the project of Felixe Laing, the current Te Tuhi curatorial intern. There will be drinks and snacks and the opportunity to meet and mingle with other artists from Te Tuhi Studios. Members can purchase more than one ticket.
