Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki
Project Programme Archive

Artwork Detail
The Auckland Art Gallery held 15 Project Programmes involving 28 artists from 1975-1978. The artist projects were conceived as special events that sat outside the normal exhibition programme. These examples of mostly post-object art were intentionally well-documented by the institution due to their ephemeral nature. The series was originally developed by exhibition officer John Maynard. The archive consists of a folder/s for each project, Dadson and Rapp A/V tapes, Mealing audio cassette tape (and CD) plus two general folders.
