Overview

Presentation and morning tea with Louise Pether, Manager Special Exhibitions who will give us a preview of The 5th Auckland Triennial, If you were to live here... which opens in May at Auckland Art Gallery and seven additional sites.

Led by renowned curator Hou Hanru, If you were to live here... includes work by more than 35 New Zealand and international artists, collectives and architects.

Gallery visitors receive one hour's free parking at Auckland Transport's Victoria Street car park when visiting on weekends or after 6pm (helpful when we're open for special events after hours) - simply validate your parking ticket at our information desk before you leave.

If you're looking for a park near us, try the Victoria Street or Civic car parks (view or download map). Their hourly rates are reasonable and both are situated within 250m from the Gallery.
A mobility parking bay is located on Kitchener Street and disabled parking is also available at the car parks mentioned above.
