Overview

Oscar-winning filmmaker Murray Lerner and co-director Paul Crowder present The Who like never before through interviews with band members Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, plus rare concert footage from their 40-year rise to fame.

From their origins as a 1960s R&B cover band to their transformation into the band that helped change to the course of rock and roll history, the band's music experience, triumphs and tragedies are all revealed over the course of the following decades.
