Greg Semu (b 1971) is a New Zealand/Samoan art and commercial photographer, who exhibits and publishes regularly. His photographs are in national and international public collections. His work frequently addresses the issues
of cultural displacement and colonial impact on indigenous cultures.
This archive of 19 boxes is on long term loan to the Auckland Art Gallery and includes negatives, prints, still and moving image film, videos, slides, diaries, exhibition catalogues and ephemera and magazines that feature Semu's advertorial and editorial work.
